That's what I wanted to point out. 3P1C is a membership that is separate from Regular/L33t/Ub3r. Likely they have their 3P1C userbar as their display group but are still an Ub3r member.

You must be Ub3r, the users you saw are Ub3r who also bought 3P1C hence why they were able to create threads. You won't get a better answer.
