To understand this, you need atleast knowledge or basic knowledge in HTML, PHP and SQL Databases. When you know this, then you automatically understand the complete tutorial.
But basically, this tutorial describes how to manipulate database querries to get information out of it, like emailadresses, usernames or passwords in example.
