Emotional

i dont know

I don't know if I am so in touch in my emotions that i cant feel anything as everything trying to get in at once or I am so out of touch with my emotions that I cant feel anything.

Reason i say that is that i had a 80%(when i say fucked up I mean very fucked up) fucked up child hood, now I cant cry or feel anything less i take drugs(MDMA), only exception to this is if there a sad scene in anime I get teary for no reason and 1-4 tears will come out of my eyes.

But that is the only time I feel any real emotions.
it's okay :-( you make me cry

Blunted emotions are common in post traumatic stress disorder. Given your history of trauma, I would consider this as a possibility
What anime was it? This might be the main problem because your retinas have adapted to the screens display brightness. Here is the link to the study: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YersIyzsOpc
