I've been given a vouch copy by Avatar Ang. ๖ۣۜBrushes then PMed me asking if they were the same. Since I don't want to leak the actual method, I'll post the requirements for both ebooks. Please keep in mind that these are directly from the respective ebooks.

As you can see, they are both the same. Avatar Ang's text contains question marks. My guess is that he tried copy/pasting the .pdf contents and paste it into a .txt. Avatar Ang also stated that he was still creating the .pdf design for it.
