I pmed 2 of the people he gave the vouches too but they said they wanted to remain anonymous so idk what to do... they both said there the same. I guess I could pm a mod screen shots.

As you can see, they are both the same. Avatar Ang's text contains question marks. My guess is that he tried copy/pasting the .pdf contents and paste it into a .txt. Avatar Ang also stated that he was still creating the .pdf design for it.

Use paint or something to paint over their name. Doesn't make sense why they are so worried to stay anonymous though tell them you are trying to make a valid scam report.
