Reason for ban: I misread the features of ub3r, Omni repfucked me and offered me a refund in exchange for a ban.

Or, it was this account, you created a thread about this & the thread was junked. I'm not sure. Skorp replied on to your thread as "OP you do know you can't ban evade, right?" if I remember rightly. It wasn't many hours ago when this happened.
Why do people always create second accounts, it just gets you into more trouble. You need to send Factor8 an email here: https://hackforums.net/contact.php

He wanted to finish a deal he was making. During the deal he got banned so he could not complete it.
Besides that, Contact goes to Factor8.

Just wait for the ban to be lifted on your main account. You are not supposed to be creating another account to continue the deal just because your main got banned while doing it.
Wait it out.
