If you do require a WYSIWYG editor your best bet it to use the site creation tools found at places like Wix and GoDaddy.
If you want to get into actually making something worthwhile your editor doesn't really matter. You'll need to learn the languages to produce the site you want. You can use any text editor for HTML/CSS/JS.
I am looking to use a WYSIWYG editor. Wix requires flash, which I think is pretty annoying. Slows load times and no mobile support at all.

If you want to use drag n drop:
- use yolasite
- use wordpress
- use wix premium
If you want to actualy code your website:
Note that it will take pretty long time to make your site look as good as those wix sites (1-2 months at least)
It will look like CRAP in the beginning unless you snich another template
You actually have to write the index.html and templates.css along with javascript.
If you are really interested in getting into bare coding.. use
- godaddy webhosting
- nfoservers webhosting
I had thought you have to buy packages for wordpress? Pay money to even create a website or to host it on godaddy. I know some coding, but he knows none. That's why I'm looking for a "drag and drop" editor, but also some more options so I can go in and add my own html when I want to.
