If you don't use proxies for this will you get caught?

Proxies are basicly used for not getting your IP "Banned" at the Skype Login. It's not really uses for protecting yourself.

Will be looking into the crashing bug once I'm home. As far as I know it runs fine for me and a few other people. Your computer is probably missing some important framework dlls which is making the program crash. I will see if I can add something on my end to resolve this issue.

You don't need a password list as there is a preloaded list already. But if you do go through it without much luck then I can provide a larger list. You will need a proxy list though

How this tool is working? I don't see any explanations for it? Can you make some video testing it? And how exactly you will hack skype account, using bruteforce attack or what? If I want to buy it, can I give you one skype account (mine), so you can proof that it's working?
