Hopefully that changes if the two are merged. I still find it odd that it doesn't show any IP changes, as I'm pretty convinced it was accessed.

Hacker's IP logs just showed up on this account (my temp), changed password to both.

Op is legit, I have him on skype. His account was compromised and I'm not positive how. If he's ratted the user has access to his btc and paypal if I'm not mistaken so I'm not sure why hes only fucking with his HF acc. maybe its a security breach on your email?
