Basic vb.net socket programing cheers ! the real challenge is to convert it from local lan use to over internet , you will run into problems like unstatic local and external ips , port forwarding , nat and more , making a rat is no easy task for sure , but this is a great tutorial to start with so good job.

Not only is this guide a very good basic starting point for a Remote Admin Tool, but also a very good lesson for Client/Server connectivity.

Whenever I start server, client , do the webpage example and shutdown client and restart client again, it DOES NOT OPEN a webpage on my still active server?
