It's actually not bad!
The only thing I don't like is the black text on the dark-gray background, and that you can change in 2 seconds since it's a PSD.

Personally, I think you nailed it man. Only thing I'd change it the title (mess around with it a bit) and definately the skype "logo" at the bottom.

Fist of all, don't use drop shadow if you're going for flat style.
Second, don't use dark text on a dark background. Very hard to read.
Other than that it's decent for a beginner

Font is a little bit crispy but it's easily edited. imo it looks very nice. gl with future designing.
