I'm not sure if this would even work but why can't Froggy just decide who the contenders of the MOTM is? Or someone who's not biased and actually will give it to people who deserve it?

I'm not really sure how it worked in the first place so I might just be on some other track here.

How can one single guy know every single notable member there is? HF has an incredible amount of subforums and the guy who picks the MoTM contenders might not be active in all section to pick out the right guys.
