why saiyans hair turns yellow , when they go super-saiyans ? explain this . I think there is no explanation given by akira toriyama-sensei .

There is no actual reason explained, although the reason behind Toriyama changing the coloring was because the inker of his manga was getting tired of constantly inking Saiyan's hair (Goku, Vegeta, etc) so he made the Super Saiyan hair "uncolored" in the manga outside of colored editions.
