Never used for PHP, probably it might not work, but it works great for HTML and CSS sites.

PHP is server side. There is no hosted cloner that will clone PHP code without direct server access to the files in question. ALL cloners work with front-end only.

Unless the site has some exploit that allows the dump of actual PHP that you can take advantage of.
