2. Get any other award you want free of charge

Not really - I got 1 award without donating though - he does give them out without donations.

It all depends on the award. Some awards just aren't given out by donating at all, but instead by earning it by assisting with something on the site, whether it be on something on the server-side or some other project that benefited the site as a whole. An example of this is with the Diamond award, where it takes a member several years of dedication towards making the community better as a whole to earn it. Awards such as this aren't bought. Awards such as the Hot Dog and the Award Whore are examples that may be given after a donation along with the Master Donator or Grand Amethyst.
