Stolen Credit Card Sale...[Illegal]

Yes, it is. You should PM proof to a staff member.
Hi The Bawss,

In my opinion, this guy was just trying to make money selling fake credit cards. He maybe found it using a credit card generator i assume. Since he is a member of HF, you are just warning members about him but he wouldn't be banned because the deal was taken place outside HF.
Far is an idiot and wants you to break the rules, read the sticky thread Omniscient clearly states

Quote:Staff will not take action on scam reports. HF and it's staff are not an investigative body. The scam reports section is designed to alert other members of scammers. It also can serve to help resolve an issue between members. We can't get your money back or force a member to complete a deal. Do not PM staff.

So don't bother PM'ng any Staff member. If they want to take any action they will by reviewing them selves.

No. Staff members will not get involved with scams, however they will get involved with rule breaking. This wasn't a scam, this was someone breaking HF's rules, therefore you need to PM a staff member with the proof.

It is posted in the SCAM section hence rules of only SCAM section will be abide by.

I rest my case.

Except that even the OP stated that it's not a scam, it's a warning. He needs to report it, as it's breaking the rules. The rules are everywhere, not just in every section but the SCAM section.

They don't need to investigate, because the OP has all the proof right there 😉
as long as he didn't try to sell it here on HF, who the fuck cares?

That's the right way to put it.
This is through MSN, HF have nothing to do with it, if he posted it on HF then yeah its against the rules.
@ Thread Creator

You should receive an warning for advertising stolen CC's here on HF.
(You didn't even remove his MSN address)
So now, everyone who's browsing thru HF looking for some CC scams can see your post and contact him to obtain stolen CC's. (And that, thru HF).

@ You

And how was he supposed to post proof if he didn't? 😝
This is not against the rules as he didnt ask you on HackForums.

Credit Card fraud is quite common upon HF members as it is " Hack Forums "

Aslong as Credit Card fraud isnt commited within the forums, There is no rule broken.

If it was truly against the rules the "scammer" would of been banned already. The staff would noticed his illegal behavior here on HF. Thing is, these actions did not occur on HF.

Sure, he could of gotten the MSN address here on HF. But on the other hand he could gotten it from an huge ass email list.

And it could been a huge coincidence that they both were registered on HackForums.

But oh well, my last post was more of a troll than a serious message. But if the staff were to deal with everyone doing "unethical" deals per MSN, I am sure quite a few trustworthy members of hackforums would have to get a boot in the ass straight out of here.

Whatever, just my 2 cents.
cheers everyone, summer holidays!
It was on msn so Nate isnt breaking any rules!
