Sticking with Fasm. If I didn't my best route would be a series of steps to use ml64, which may or may not end up being successful.
(Thats after I downloaded the libs/incs from http://dsmhelp.narod.ru/environment.htm)
I have tried fasm, but I'm having issues with macros (and so many tutorials that I find seem to use at least simple macros like If, rather than cmp/je/etc)
I was going to use Masm, but I only see 32 bit (I do have ml64, but I was also unable to find the include or macro files)
So what am I left with thats good for learning?
I'm not really sure I should use Nasm
Lastly, should I check out finding online the files for ml64, since the tutorials I am finding seem to use Masm?
Have a look at these tutorials, they are by far the best you can find (and I am not the author). Requires JWasm.

Update:
I forgot you said "requires JWasm", downloading now.
But whats up with the .bat file?
I don't have any of those files like I said in my post.

If you are "Experienced in numerous programming languages", you may remember that from time to time you must try to read the manual.

Edit prenote: What Manual? If you mean Masm's, seems like way too much work in the first place, if I can't even find the include files, which should be in the same as the executables in the first place. (Though I did search anyway, and they were no where to be found, only my fasms .inc files were)
1. out of those languages, assembly is not one. Nor is my expertise near the areas of using pointless programs and batch files to do something that shouldn't need to be done in the first place.
I think Ill just forget macros and go the longer route of using conditional jumps and labels.
Also, whats the point of downloading JWasm (It needs masm anyway, kinda pointless) , making sure I have libs/includes/etc, setting up paths, and hopefully being able to write 64bit code, when it'd be easier to just accept the way of 32 bit.
Edit: Yeah, I think it makes sense to go with 32 bit or Fasm, rather than follow those "tutorials".
You should stick with C++ or similar. Seriously, you will not be happy with assembler, it's not a language meant for you.

1. Im new to it I don't think you know whats meant for me.
2. Its not the language at all, its just that I dont seem to be able to use 64 bit which is actually fine now. (suggesting I use an assembler meant for 32bit by shoving 64bit libs and includes to it)
Either way C++ is fine with me too, but for now I'm just staying with 32 bit programming and start learning assembly when I'm home again.
I think if its okay we can leave this now.
