Rate My Graphic Issues

The section is filled with people who only post to get their post count up and know nothing about graphic design in general. Yeah, this is obvious for people who actually can observe, so why has nothing been done for two years?
I agree it's so fucking annoying

They get by on a technicality it seems but that section is the epitome of low quality and it's a shame

To be honest, I think it's starting to be just as bad as the beginner hacking section.
Don't worry, it's been an issue for 5 years. We've made efforts to improve, but have always been ignored by everyone else.

Haven't seen you for fucking ages, Buzz.
It's pretty bad.
I'm just tired of people telling beginners that the shitty banner they made is a 10/10

Telling someone that they are doing a great job when they arent isnt going to help them improve.
Maybe Omni can compromise since obviously nothing is going to get done about the numeric ratings. Let someone who knows what they're talking about and actively gives critique in that section make a guide and have it stickied. Right now the only guide is outdated and for signatures/tagging. The guide would ultimately advise you to disregard numeric ratings and to focus on the critique itself.

Idk just brainstorming because I'd really like to see that section get better. I hardly post there anymore it's to the point where I just PM certain people asking for opinions to avoid "5/10 could be better with new font ! !"

Nobody would read this 'guide', it wouldn't fix anything tbh.

Yeah exactly.

Having a section moderator who has vast knowledge in this section would be great.

I agree a section mod would be great for this.
there are so many threads in the wrong places and it's annoying.
I would love to see someone who actual knows what they are doing/talking about taking care of our section.

It's not even the threads that are in the wrong places that annoy me, it's the over-all shit quality this section gives off.
I hope staff see this and consult some members about possible forum mods (in-case some idiot is picked).
Yeah come to think of it an active moderator would be nice
We've asked for one before. Nothing.

Well not all of us are ready to succumb to cynicism yet.
I hold out hope that we will get a section mod or some sort of fix.

Don't make an assumption about me. I think I have a bit more experience than you.

I've known you for a long time Buzz.
My last account was closed and Omni let me come back.

Don't assume you're more experienced than me.
