The PM system works well. So does the support ticket system, which is the designated venue for support for active client.

As I explained, the Windows servers are having some issues, and we're working on them.

I apologize for the delay in response. A recent change has caused my availability to drop to zero during the week, so I'm getting everything sorted now that it's the weekend. Other delays are being caused by a large surge of fraudulent orders that have filled our servers, promotion abuse, system resource abuse, and a vendor related issue with our Windows servers stability. There's a lot going on, but we're working to resolve each issue and we will be generously compensating the affected clients. You'll all be getting e-mails shortly.

Sounds like the temporary KVM issue that I mentioned above your post.

Open a ticket and work with me, and I'll get it resolved and give you a free month.

General update: I've answered every single support ticket that was pending a reply, and there were about ten times the volume that I usually have. It looks like all I have to work on now is the KVM stability issue and we'll be back on track.

As stated, KVM is having issues at the moment but it seems to be getting resolved as the new orders are mostly okay.
