Listbox - Reading out item by item

Hey,

How can I read out every listbox item one by one?

Not like increasing the item +1 in a loop...Because it would crash at the end of the list.

(Looking for a more professional way to do this...)

(Building a proxy checker, thats why I need to select one proxy by another.)

Thanks for any help!
Professional way? HAHAH

Code
Foreach item as listboxitem in listbox
'Professional code here
End for

For i = 0 To ListBox1.Items.Count - 1
MsgBox(ListBox1.Items(i))
Next

I say go with HeB's solution if you're not using the position.

Best way to check proxies fast would be multithreading right?

Only found ways to create another second threads...How can I create like 50 threads?

Thanks
Dim T(49) As Thread
For i = 0 To T.Count - 1
T(i) = New Thread(...
Next
