I think he manually approved them as I bought someone ub3r too.

But he's saying the payment went through... he's not talking about nothing manually, i know for ub3r you need acceptance.

It's still disabled and I manually upgraded the ub3r for you.

I can't fix the problem per se other than to report it to Coinpayments and to also wait for the Blockchain attack to stop.

Even worse is that CP will cancel a transaction if it doesn't confirm within 2 hours. I just had to wait 6 hours for one BTC payment to confirm. So it's all a mess right now. The entire Bitcoin infrastructure is being disrupted.

Hope you can get this resolved, and thanks a bunch for upgrading my friend manually that was really quick.

If I'm not wrong, you need to be a member for 2 days and have at least 10 posts. Your country also has to be on the whitelist to upgrade with PayPal.

You obviously figured it out.

Even if you want PP it takes you to Coinpayments first and there you select the Paypal option. You may need to scroll down. It's normally down a bit on the right hand size and for some reason I don't believe they use the Paypal logo for easier spotting. But it's there if you're in one of the allowed PP countries like USA,UK,CA, AU, DE, FR, and a few others.
