I thought the first episode was really slow but not necessarily bad. It's like SAO but edgier.

I did a bit of digging and found out there will be multiple arcs, but if they will be applied to the anime, I'm fully not sure.
I'm excited to see how far this is going to go. It's really got an interesting concept behind it.

It just had a bad OP and ED. At least the magic was pretty nice. Only thing I liked so far.

I'm quickly losing interest in this show. Pacing is extremely slow and barely any story progression has happened in the first two episodes.

it gets better after ep 3 I've read the LNs up to volume 4

Can't wait for them to start skipping very vital parts of the Novel and summarizing it. There are some golden eggs in Overlord that I would very well like to see animated.

I enjoy it, I just watched Episode 2, I feel like I'll watch more of it. I really hope they don't neglect some of the plot holes that are forming.
Only use HF to deal.
