Where's all the Gundam fans at? I know mecha anime is hated in this community, but I know there are fellow fans lurking about.

Anyway, I've decided that I'm going to binge out on the Gundam series again. I woke up one day and really wanted to watch Gundam.
I wanted to watch them in order, based on the Gundam timeline, but I decided to watch ones I haven't seen yet.

Just finished Gundam AGE and I have to say it was one of the better versions. The big timeskips really made it interesting.
Next I'm planning to watch Victory Gundam since it's the only one that I haven't seen yet. I also heard a lot of people considered it to be the best because of the feels trip it delivers.

But yeah, that's what I'm currently pursuing. I'll probably be watching G Gundam afterward since that was my favorite among the series.

With that said, Gundam fans, which series is your favorite?

Yeah, I liked 08th MS Team and War in the Pocket. Those were pretty decent, too.

Well personally I started with Gundam because I always liked how they looked + their special abilities each suit is equipped with.

If you loved The 08th MS Team then I'm sure you'll like most of everything else in the Universal Century.

Buddy Complex, Aldnoah Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Aquraion, Gurren Lagann, and Code Geass.

Found out a new Gundam series is planning to be aired October 4th, 2015. The new series will be another original and will be called "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans".
Like a lot of other popular Gundam series, this one will also be written by someone other than the original creator.

I am extremely excited to see this news while on my binge. It has an interesting synopsis and the Gundam is very original.
It looks like a mix between the original Gundam and the Evangelion.

Already seen Gundam 00 and it's definitely up there in the favorites category. The movie was pretty great as well.

I have been thinking about going back and watching the special edition of 00 though. It is a recap of season 1 and 2 but there is supposed to be re-recorded dialogue and some new animated sequences.

I like mecha, but haven't watched through gundam yet. My housemate is a gundam freak, i should grab it all off him. Such a commitment though haha, starting at the old MSG. ^^

I like gundam most recently (year ago or so) I wanted Gundam Unicorn and shit.I collect/build Gundam models.
