Well this will be the first show I've watched that is completely CGI. Don't really have much of an opinion after the first episode but at least the fight scenes are badass.

I'm really not a big anime fan but I watch some from time to time and this looks like an interesting one for sure and something that falls really well into my taste. However the name "God eaters" is something that sounds more like a bad translation than anything else, the animation in the trailer seems kinda weird to be honest.

Is there anyone who know if the anime will have the same format in the anime as they use in the trailer?

God Eater isn't a mistranslation, that's what it's called in English and in Japanese and yeah the anime looks the same as the preview, the scenes used are taken from episode one.

Animation is aids to my eyes can't stand it to the point where I don't enjoy watching it.. had to drop.

The character/monster animations are God awful.

The monsters are your typical CGI monsters that look better than everything else.
The characters look like they're drawn with water paint and then horribly rendered.

The white lines around the characters absolutely ruined it for me. Decent plot and all but everything else destroys my eyes.

hang on to it, pacing is slightly poor and script, but ep 3 should def be worth the watch.
