Can't wait for it, hope it get extended for more than 13 episodes, perhaps a second season. I guess it's all about how many people watch it.

[Th3PonyWizard]

this looks like a really promising one

this anime is kind of weird i would've liked it if the main character didn't look like a skeleton king

You don't like Papa Bones? He's the perfect MC

I am glad the MC looks the way he does. It strays away from the MC looking bland and generic.

Same! Hopefully there is an attempt to cover all the manga, if not most of it.

This episode is more like, finally some action. This was literally the first Madhouse produced show that I've seen with censorship, albeit for only one scene.

Episode 3 has really gotten me excited for this anime so much cool shit they can accomplish with this.

[Duyere]

I was a bit slow on the uptake these past couple weeks, my mind has been elsewhere.

Episode 2 (Click to View)Episode 2 was alright, more-or-less of another introduction episode.

It was cool to see how players were addressed as "Supreme Beings" by the NPCs.
Episode 3 (Click to View)Episode 3 was definitely much better. Good to see a bit of action.

Glad to see we received a bit of insight about the world he is currently in. I was disappointed that the episode ended mid conversation though.
However, I am thoroughly enjoying this anime so far, CGI is a bit eh, but I have high hopes nonetheless.

Also, I seriously cannot stop laughing at this scene.

This dude was created by a player named "Touch Me", but he said it so seriously lmao.

[Tomoko]

Madhouse... that alone makes me want to watch it.

Is it any good so far?

[Clavicus]

I just accidentally saw this anime after looking on MaW for something to do, and holy hell am I in complete love. Log Horizon wasn't that great because the MC just felt so pathetic at a lot of key junctures, both in the minor networking between players and in a few key moments whilst SAO was definitely made as a safe bet that could be enjoyed by old and young alike, which in turn removed part of the beauty that could have been created (however if they just didn't skip around so much with pacing it'd have been made up for).

I feel this anime will undoubtedly fill the gap between Log Horizon, which did the world, some few psychological aspects, and interactions better, and SAO, which did the combat and love (albeit shounen love) moments better. I have high expectations for this gem I almost missed.

If I have any complaints so far it'd be three things;
• Its only going to be 13 episodes /Cry and unannounced if there will be more to come /beg
• That I didn't find this gem after its episodes ran, since I think it'd be awesome to not have to wait between episodes.
• That there aren't many anime doing stuff like this at this exact moment.

I'm really digging this anime so far. The main character being undead is hilarious and his spells are bad ass. Both loli vampire and succubus lady are great girls and I still don't know which one I like better.

[Anthоny]

Meh, i'm not really interesting in the anime adaption, the light novel is tons more appealing.

I agree but most people prefer watching over reading.

Anyways...

I have a feeling this will cut off before the good parts of the LN. I really hope they extend the series
and make a 2nd season.

The issue I have is books are expensive and I have issues reading manga on a computer screen. This looks promising enough that I may try to get over that and read the novel.

Another good episode, starting to get even better.

Episode 4 (Click to View)That knight was pretty badass against all those angels. Loved all the cool skills he was using.

I also love how Ainz is so much stronger than everyone else so far. That end of the episode name change though.

[Professor Pantsu]

I'm really digging the spells Ains uses a lot, but I would like to see him fight someone isn't a complete ant in comparison. Also, I need to see some more Shalltear.
