Oh, and for those wondering, yes it does bypass nod32 on runtime on the paid version scanning as memory, disk or any other combination and nod32 running scan as admin (without the main file being ran as admin)!

Wish it didn't have any dependencies :(
I'm saying this because it's getting harder to run .NET dependant stubs on Windows 8.1+ machines, which don't have .NET 2.0 pre-installed

That wouldn't really resolve the problem because the stub can't choose the framework according to the one installed in machine it is ran. Unless of course the user is doing targeted spreading.
