Digital seller protection has been in effect since July 1st.
This is amazing since sellers can now use things like email product deliveries (which all sites such as PayIvy do) to win PayPal disputes and possibly chargebacks (not sure).
Exciting news. 🤝
Not sure if OP is trolling or serious
This is very exciting indeed! Though, has there not been several threads on this topic?

100% serious, it was confirmed by a PayPal agent.

This is not good for sellers, before they could say it was a virtual product and win automatically.
Now they have to provide proof of delivery ect.

That policy is kinda stupid though, what if you were scammed and had to make a legitimate dispute?
He's right.
I've been selling on Payivy for quite some time now and I was able to unlimit my business account without an actual firm or organization.
Paypal is getting better guys, it's happening.

Paypal is getting better guys, it's happening. About damn time, don't you think?
This is really good news for people that use PayIvy and other sites like that. Hopefully chargebacks will be easier to win but I wonder how you would prove the buyer got what they paid for? Email receipts etc? Its still really good news either way! :D

I wouldn't go that far yet, they've still screwed me out of thousands
You could win PayPal disputes with Sellfy delivery before this though

I think it was possible with Payivy too because it gives you a tracking info which can be helpful in winning a non-receipt disputes.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
This is amazing, this helps when selling my shit now.
Then again, no one has ever chargebacked on me. Not even when I ewhored.

It looks really intersting, maybe PayPal is not that a shitty sevice.
It's a nice thing to have for buyers, although i can also see it being abused.
