Since I want to contribute to HackForums, I decided to release my File Modifier to the public.
It comes with an Icon Changer, File Pumper and an Inbuilt Scanner.

Windows default icons are also included.
To add your own icon, drop it into the Icons folder.

I am not good at building fancy GUIs, so I used default stuff and made the best out of it.
The Scanner is from a source I found on the web. I also plan on adding an obfuscator.

This is perfect for what I want to do.
+ Inbuilt scanner makes it a lot easier.
+ I needed an .ico changer badly.
+ User friendly GUI interface.
+ Notepad on how to use for those who're confused.

Vouch!
