That's behind our control. However there might be a few workarounds, that I would like to hear your opinion about.
We can't be sure of who follows back and who doesn't. However we can add a manager that compares who is following you back after you make a following request.
If the account is public we can also add a parameter "Last Active" that displays the latest upload of the account and you'll decide to follow or not by that parameter.
