I am 99.99% sure it's still enabled, because when Salty Bacon had this awards contest/drawing, he sent me a link and said "keep refreshing". And it would show all of the awards he gave away sorted by time. It wasn't one specific award, it was all the individual awards. It also included the name of whomever bought it and gifted it.

That was a couple weeks ago. I don't have the link anymore sadly.

That is from 2012, and I think anyone that thought they saw it lately was just linked to 1 award's page and is remembering incorrectly.
