[Official Group Royalty] > Looking for Developers & Designers <

And with that "yet" you mean you'll be making money in a future, am I correct?

"Your group is focused on marketplace." yes indeed, not a coding group.

If there's something more that you're having difficulties to understand, feel free to pm me.

Royalty can get some programmers that are easier to contact and can work for a slightly cheaper than normal

Not really. I got into Royalty in the programming recruitment, but I've never been bothered about coding anything nor have I felt like I was being used to obtain cheaper prices. It's a chill group and so is Cibor :)

I think you're not getting my point.

You are looking for developers to earn money from them, post the software and a fee for them. I've seen this in many groups.
Now I ask you, are you going to do that? Is there any plan on the group like what should devs do?
Regards,

Regards,

Your logic is wrong, you also assume too much, I'm not looking for developers to earn money from them, if any, then FOR them if I or other members bought some services from them.
About plans, sure we have plans, everything takes time.

Hey, this isn't a group like other coding groups here 🤫
Not to add another attack but.. It sounds like you want people to make these products (design and code) for free and pay them with invitations to the group. The reason I say this is because you've yet to describe how you plan on paying or even talk about if you are paying. No decent programmer wants to join a project without a down payment and the same goes for designers. It's too much of a risk, and I'm sure you can understand why. This type of recruitment will attract mediocre or beginner programmers and designers only. I suggest hiring a full time programmer and designer. If I had to lead you towards a designer I would have to go with Rivalry, or Ben D. I have no clue about programmers though.
I look forward to your reply!

Didn't you make a community alert saying you didn't know how to code? o.o
Looks like a solid group. Good luck with it.

Ok, show me where I ask anyone to do a free service for me, otherwise refrain from posting here.

No dude, you claim something, so show proof, otherwise don't spam here.

Not sure what other proof I can give based on what information you have provided.

I don't have to publicly do that. Gentlemen don't talk about money (publicly), I thought it's obvious but apparently not for everyone.

Why are you continuously arguing with people on your recruitment thread, lol. Report off-topic posts and don't get distracted by those who choose to call you out. What happened to "Any off topic post will be reported"?

Good luck with recruitment. I'll delete my posts in respect, though I do want Cibor to take my suggestion in thought.
