Im going to start to RAT again.
Im looking for the best combination regarding the RAT itself and a VPN & Crypter.

I got cash to spend so that ain't a problem.

RAT - You'll need to figure that one out yourself.
Crypter - Code your own, there's no HQ crypters on HF. ESET owns licenses for all of them.

You mean 'signatures?'

True, signatures work well, but all you need to do is learn how to develop your own stubs and you can realistically use any crypter. The only pain in the ass part is that most are written in compiled languages, so just find one written in Python or another interpreted language that you can run on the fly and edit the stubs yourself.

I thought it was very interesting also, I've used ESET on my main system and It was extremely interesting to read about how they detect malware from Hacking websites, I've caught myself looking it up on Google, also. Lol.
