This is a vector, if anybody knew anything about vectors you'd know.

You can make vectors in any software, even paint, so don't bitch at him when he hasn't done anything wrong.

It definitely needs to be worked on it is very rough on the edges and most of the things don't line up correctly so I would fix all those.

The Instagram logo has a lot more details to it. Besides, since it's a famous
network and their logo is used freely for refrence, I believe they may have
high-quality images for public use. Or maybe not. It's not unusual for big
companies to have something liek that.
