I never used it and might need that for a laptop of a friend. I've always thought Sophos was really good. I used to sell it when I was a staples technician and the customers we sold it to never caught anything worse than mild adware. I also found this on a site that reviewed a slightly different version of Sophos: "In the latest AV-Test for Sophos endpoint security and control, Sophos recognized 94 percent of zero-day malware and 100 percent of known malware." Honestly I'd say that's as good as it realistically gets. Plus if you buy it for a friend you could still use it too if you wanted since there's no installation limits.

I can tell you from personal experience that Sophos is hard to bypass. It scans every hour using only about 100 Mb of memory, and scans the memory too. It also performs heuristic analyses. Even when bypassed initially, connections tend to only last a few minutes at most.

PMing you in max 2 days I guess to buy this ;) (Sep 22, 2015 02:21 PM)itsMeCherry Wrote: Should an owner of a crypter whose job is to bypass anti-viruses, know the answer to that question? ❓ Never had any Sophos detections (on Scantime) until now, so I don't know aha xD
I made a mistake. That review quote actually was for this version of Sophos, Endpoint Security and Control. And feel free to PM me but autobuy is set up as well. I'm now using payco.re, aiobuy has been spotty. Autobuy shouldn't be down anymore. I'll be around to answer questions if needed.

And as you can see from the vouches, it is a legitimate program. |
