So a few weeks back i contacted this user from the skype in his signature, i did not pm said user

Well thats it you guys, one of my ub3r friends suggested me to do this so sakura is banned

I covered up the security questions for reasons as my main mc account has the same answers but different password(obviously)

It will not be resolved bump it how much you want. That user is on a scamming spree so he will just get banned soon and will leave with the money.
