I got this e-book and tried this method for myself, so I think I'm qualified enough to write a review on it. I'll keep it short though, just like the ebook is (6 Pages):
Let me just get it out of the way and say that the grammar and the formatting on this is pretty bad. Obviously it can get the point across and you know what the user meant by what he wrote. Things like these kind of bug me on a paid product, regardless if they work or not. The ebook does provide some (hard to read without zooming in) images, so even if you can't understand what is said, you get enough info out of them to get the gist of it. I don't think you'll have a problem following this though. It is VERY simple. Which is why I can excuse the formatting and short size a little.
After reading this and even before trying the method out for myself, I could already see how this could definitely work. Obviously I still had to try it for myself to be sure, and it did work. I got an account in less than 10 minutes. I believe I could get another one in way less time now, if I tried.
I had not seen this method posted anywhere, ever. This doesn't mean it hasn't been explained somewhere else, but as far as it concerns me, this method is unique.
I'm sure all OP and people reading this want me to say is whether the method works or not. So there you go: The method works, and you can definitely get a lot of old accounts with it (It's easy enough and pretty fast to do so, I'd say. At least for now). And if you have any issues with it I have been assured by the OP that you can message him on Skype and he will personally help you out.
The method, if tried by a lot of people for an extended period of time, would get saturated enough. As you should know, you can't technically get "Unlimited" 5 year+ old accounts. I still personally think this won't happen anywhere in the near future, unless there's a mass leaking of this ebook or something (pls no).
The price however seems a little too expensive for my taste, but I am not a steam accounts expert, so I don't think my opinion holds much ground here.
TL;DR Method works, if you were enthused by the title, buy it. It offers exactly what it promises.

It really depends on the security of the account your hacking.

The overall layout of the eBook was very good.

In summery, you can easily go and find this method on Youtube, HackForums or Google without having to pay $10, but if you do want to support this user then purchase it as he has put 'some' effort into it, then again it could just be he is trying to make a quick buck.
Also; be aware that if anything goes wrong he will open a community report against you in regards to a review, even though you simply go for dinner.
