I currently have a private way to get traffic, I'm trying to scale it up but soon i will release a guide on how. FREE.
I only use one Traffic source at the moment though.
Been doing CPA around 1 month. So I'm new, though I can make websites and I'm really good at understanding things.

OGMobi works really well. Very HIGH Conversion Rates.

I think you are mixing up conversions rate with money granted from a lead.
And PPI leads doesn't give as much as CPA.

These are simple App Installs, Get around $0.20-$0.50 per one. I can guarntee with this amount of traffic I wouldn't get Survey Leads yet.

I'll just stick to what I'm doing for now, Seems to work. $60 a Month is pretty good.

Yeah :) $60 a month for free is better than a kick in the teeth!
To start-up i purchased a £1 Domain, I have Unlimited hosting anyone but that's it. I've done everything else for free.
I spend probably 30 minutes a day - Current method. I plan to scale up soon though.

Have you considered turning it into link/content locking?

I know a network where you can select induvidual offers which have categories.

Pm me if your interested. I think its average $1 per completion for the mobile offers.
