OK thank you for the reply :-)
That would have been the decider for me, will have a think.
Cheers
EDIT: Sod it, I buy.

Thank you, enjoy.
I have used the endpoint edition and everything is controlled from the cloud. Is that still accessible?

Can you be a bit more specific? Are you referring to a Remote Management Console or something else?
Still up and selling. Feel free to ask any questions.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an AV. Its very worth the price, and it gets the job done

Sophos endpoint is controlled by a cloud management console that you have to login to activate computers ect. https://cloud.sophos.com/login
That's what makes the endpoint so nice because you can see every notification, threat, banned website, event, and so on that happens on every computer it is installed on.
Just a FYI for everyone. Sophos by default blocks hackforums and its a bitch to allow blocked websites through their filters. It is on the other hand, one of the best endpoint solutions available.

I'm not sure only because this version has no activation component or license key to go with it. So if you were to try to activate it through the cloud it probably wouldn't work.

I just bought this product, you can set a whitelist for websites through configure>authorization>websites
Just set the domain to "hackforums.net" and you're set, even if the IP changes through CDN it allows you to still connect.
OP, we can't update the build? It's pointless to purchase this if you can't update the build.

I'm seriously about to open a scam report. You clearly stated in the thread that it will update.

Do you have a firewall or other antivirus program on your computer? It really is supposed to update like it does on my computer. There must be a problem with your installation for some reason. Give me a minute and I'll post a picture of it working on my computer.
Update:

As you can see, mine updated today and is using the correct update path (Montclair's update server). I bet that you installed the program by going to where the installer extracts the files, C:\ESXP\ and running the setup from there. If you do that, the program will not update correctly. What you have to do now is remove Sophos through control panel, restart, and install the program by just hitting next on the sophos installer executable until it is done. You are never supposed to install it through C:\ESXP\ which I admit I should have clarified. After doing this, it will perform initial updates on its own until its done. After that point it is fully installed and configured to update on its own in the future.

Sent you a PM. Hoping for a reply soon.
Edit:
Just bought it, everything sets up just fine however you have to install to the default location or else it won't install itself.
