I'm about to be heading off to an all day event at a Habitats for Humanity development site. Myself and a few other people from the Target I work at are going to be there all day today helping build homes for people in need. I've done volunteer work before, both on my own and with my Target before, but I've never done any Habitats for Humanity events. I'm looking forward to getting there and seeing how things go.

Have you done any volunteer work? If so, where was it at?

I've done some volunteer work. It was picking up trash on the side of the road. It gave me a nice feeling on the inside.

It was court ordered though.

I went to a park and built fences, cleaned, and watered plants. Nothing that big noting I am only 16. But I really enjoyed my time doing that and I would def. be very interested to help build homes, to bad I'm not old enough. But have fun OP I think it is awesome that you are doing this for the community!

Ive done volunteer shit for court, good will :(
but i have never taken the time to volunteer on my own.
