In milkbones' e-book he offers a full refund "no questions asked". I've asked him for WEEKS now to refund me, and as soon as he say me type 'refund' he stopped replying. It took him less than 10 minutes to reply to me when I just needed help, but as soon as I asked for a refund no questions asked, he disappeared. He's now appearing offline on skype to me, and hasn't responded to my posts on his thread. Multiple people have bought his horrible method, and many have asked for a refund. He seldom responds to any requests for them. Please for your own sake, don't deal with him.

Looks like a legit report. By the way, you can expose his PP info in deal dispute, like everything, email, name, transactions id,everything.
