Hello,
I have access to a website with 200k daily traffic, the 200k are unique hits. I would like to know how to monetize them? I am most likely trying to find out how to use them in social media somehow? Like providing FB likes by infecting them with something etc?

No.... PPI means Pay Per Install. How can an app be installed silently? As far as I know thats not possible. Could be wrong.

As far as adsense, I don't think thats worth it.

If there is a login panel, and it isnt your web, you can make a php script for logged user with normal type not visable for admins, and lock some content with adworkmedia. I was earn some cash like that, if the site is not about buy/sale there is no payment method, it wont be a gold mine.

I use to load a script called "LikeJack Script"(Not sure if it works anymore) on sites. It was a script you loaded on the website, and where ever a user clicks on your site you will jack a like from the specific user and if the user is returning again and clicks again the like wont be removed. Pretty useful if you wanna build a page up and best of all, it's hidden:D!

Except advertisement companies look into this funky stuff based off historical metrics for one's account.

Additionally the visits really don't generate much revenue (maybe $0.25/1000 unique visitors). Secondly if your script or iframe or whatever method you plan on using action is to click said advertisement the CTR% vs CPM will be unnatural and either counted as a invalid click, or just have the account banned all together.
