My software never has bugs. It just develops random features.
I thought it would be but just wanted to double check. I also think a lot of php and mysql.

I also have one last question. How much do you think it would cost to develop such a site?

A nooby will do it for around 250 dollar

a proffesional (who exely does almost the same as a nooby) will ask max 2000 dollar

By checking the source, it uses.

HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and I assume it uses MySQL as the DBSM. I'm 100% sure they use some sort of database though.

They also use JQuery as a framework.

No, a professional usually has a contract, a minimum support window, and can meet a deadline.

The code will usually be well commented and expandable.

When its something you are paying for and are looking to make money from in the long run things like that become important.

These guys are shit. Just guessing.
Obviously the website is "HTML/Javascript/CSS", considering litterally every single website ever created is and was.
Apart from that, I can confirm through the following copied code, that the website uses AJAX and PHP. I can also confirm that it uses JQuery, as the library is loaded on the client.
As found in the 'Resources', it uses Google Charts (https://developers.google.com/chart/?hl=en) to display it's data.

(It uses PHP since it requests via POST)

BTW, the website uses a method called "Virtual Hosting" (or a related method) to mask the directories of the webpages, causing the lack of ".php" at the end of URLs.
