I agree regarding removing the required signup, as would rather see what the site has to offer before thinking about signing up.
Same as above. Remove the required sign in so we can see what we're getting into.
1. No competitor sites that have hacking section.
2. Do not post sites you do not own.
5. No posting of sites requiring a login to view.
