So I was looking for contact lenses today and stumbled upon this combination. For those of you who buy them without insurance assistance (like FSA) like me it is quite a bit off.
The company is Vision Direct.
Rebates are available for select contact brands (CIBA) and quantities. I've included a list below of the brands and quantities.
To get 25% off and 8% cash back you'll need an Ebates account. Just sign up for one.
http://ebates.com/
If you want you can sign up under my link and I'll love you (Click to View)
Once you do that go to the Ebates site, search Vision direct and click it. Then click on "Shop now". You'll be redirected to the Vision Direct site.
NOTE: You'll need to disable adblock/ublock for this
Add your items to your cart and use the promo NEW25VISION. It'll give you 25% off and free shipping. Checkout as normal, note that Vision Direct adds a $1.99 processing fee. If your brand is one that qualifies for a rebate it'll automatically be added to your cart and you'll get the form in the mail with your contacts.
8% Cash back can take several days to credit to your Ebates account.
5% credit will be added to your Vision Direct account for future orders
Its the cheapest I have found my contacts (AIR OPTIX NIGHT & DAY AQUA).
4boxes/year @ $54.99/box = $219.96 regular from Vision Direct
Then subtracting the $10 rebate = 150.96
The subtracting the 8% back on Ebates = $150.96 - $12.87 = $138.09
The subtract the 5% credit on Vision direct = $138.09 - $8.04 = $130.05
