It doesn't actually "freeze" the account , it just changes their password until they log-in to hotmail.com again . Then the password is recovered.

you do realise freezing is actually a generic mistake made by hackers trying to brute-force dont you, fucking hell there rnt hackers here

There's another way you can freeze the whole msn on the pc.
Is to just patch the hosts file :)
