Ok so I have started using Ghost Kik and I seem to have many problems with the camera stuff but what I really wanna ask is that do your customers ever question your camera pics or do you just turn on and off the fake camera option? How do you use Ghost Kik is what Im basically asking XD sorry for the drag on.

Just use regular kik and install fake camera. Get a 6.1 apk

It seems like you don't know what you're doing with the modded version, so yes it would be, for now at least, until you figure out how it works

Well it is, cause with the modded kiks, as soon as you press on your gallery it sends the pic immediately (with all the moded kiks i tried atleast) or hold it for a while, then u can preview the pic. ( i find it to slow to work with)
Why you would use a modded kik? > well if u want to use multiple kiks on 1 bluestack. thats why.

No its like I know how to use this kik but like I feel like if you change the fake camera option in the options menu itll take too long to reply to everyone if you have to change it over and over again. Like is there a way to change it quickly?

There are tons of custom kik clients, just search on Google. I remember finding a link with 20 custom kik clients and all of them have fake camera.

I get that but there is a setting that turns it on and off and a bunch of these modded kiks but is there a really fast way to change weather u send a gallery photo or camera photo cause I dont wanna accidentally send 2 camera pics with different clothes on lol.
