Closing this now, he's pretty much admitted that he's lied and everything and got caught in them. No point me having this open, people can search and see hes scammed.

I highly suggest not dealing with the user, and as far as him and the eBook go. I'll still go with selling it as I did buy ownership. Closing this now though since I know he isn't gonna refund and I don't have time to talk to a liar (especially when he has me blocked ? lol)
