I've been cheating for over 6years now (both CSGO & CSS) I fully understand how psilent SHOULD be working & how this works..

Ill try and explain why I'm so angry ATM.
If you disable psilent & use normal aimbot 7fov is HUGE (For legit playing)
But if you enable psilent with 7fov it's like your using 1fov you have to aim 1mm from his head before the aimbot "activates"
But without psilent using 7fov you can aim upto 2-3cm besides his head and it will snap to it.

What it seems to me right now is that you guys claim to have a "working" psilent and even ever your customers enable the feature they are forced onto using 1fov but visually displaying that they are using 7fov, that way in demo it will look legit.. And if someone like me should start bitching about this wierd fact that once you enable the psilent your fov is ALOT smaller, you simply claim that this is a "legit" cheat & therefor this is normal..

I feel scammed & shat all over..
I really hope that this is simply a misunderstanding or else i would very much like a refund.

Well it was more from your post I conclude you were impersonating, since I don't see a reason to you for using Hexui, or that you could misunderstand Hexui for having pSilent.
