Why appear this error?

"Loader Error"

I've internet connection, I tried also with a different connection but appear same error.

The crypter wont even start for me.
I'm using windows 10, 64 bit.

Edit: I fixed it, thanks to Miki for being extremely helpful in fixing my issue.

Make sure your AV is off while using the crypter.
It writes temp file somewhere which might get picked up by the AV.
If it gets deleted it doesn't start
