every time i open a port and go to canyouseeme.org it says it cant see it open

have you tried googling or watching a video on how to port forward your specific router? once you have port forwarded you can check here

also i suggest nothing uses the port or is connected when checking through canyouseeme as it will show it closed, if its for a server i recommend forwarding first, wait a minute then check the port then run whatever connects to the port.
